Just looking at the Passage du Glois, then bridges and then finally came across this clip of the Millau bridge, north west of Montpellier, which I went over years ago! It was designed by and English architect Sir Norman Foster. The song is 'Le vent nous portera' - Noir Désir. Lyrics
