"I have been a teacher at Grangefield School since 1985, during which time I've taught French, German and Health and Social Care.  I am also Head of Year 8, Lead Learning Mentor and Attendance Leader.  In my private life, I play golf and I am a volunteer at Teesside Samaritans.  I am also Regional Representative for the North of England with the Samaritans."

Madame Roe

Mrs Roe is the new Head of Department at Grangefield and is looking forward to teaching and meeting all the pupils!  She is a busy Mum of three boys and likes to swim, walk in the North Yorkshire moors, sing and play the piano (when she gets the time - which isn't very often!!).

"Bonjour! I've been part of the MFL team for many years and I run the 3.10 Study Club in the library Tuesday and Wednesday after school, where students can engage in creative projects, get help with any subject, use the computers, do research, or do course work and homework in general.  I also teach at Oxbridge and Oaktree Primary School which is great for transition and preparing our young students for Grangefield."
