Phew! We made it! After an exciting week, it’s Christmas!!! The school show, which the year 11 BTEC students worked so hard for, was a fantastic success, and the year 7’s were treat to a performance on Wednesday afternoon – comments such as ‘class’ and ‘mint’ – Stockton language for ‘very good!’ were to be heard. Well done to everyone who was involved in the show! Mr Arthur and I have been making final arrangements for the KS4 History/French trip – October 2012, so we will launch it as soon as we return in the New Year. Claire and Susanna worked hard in their respective French and Spanish clubs, and even today we had lots of pupils doing Christmas activities and listening to French songs at lunchtime!
Homework KS4
All year 10 and 11 pupils will have been given work by their teachers. Year 11’s should be revising for forthcoming exams, and year 10’s will be having their first controlled assessment on Healthy Lifestyle so all have plenty to do! However, they all need to find time to relax after this term too! So all that remains for me to say is ‘Joyeux Noël! ¡Felix Navidad! Fröhe Weinachten! Merry Christmas!
